1. Acceptance
By creating an account on fleets.run you accept these terms.
2. Free tier and PRO
The free tier is provided at no cost. PRO is $9.99/month billed via Stripe, after a 7-day free trial. Starting the trial requires a card; cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Cancel anytime through Plan & Billing. PRO upgrades grandfather you into existing PRO features even if pricing changes for new sign-ups. Studio is $49/month, arranged with us by email.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Connect GA4 / GSC / Cloudflare properties you do not control or have written authorisation to access
- Use the API to scrape competitor data
- Resell fleets data without a paid PRO subscription and written consent
- Run high-volume requests beyond the limits published at
/docs/limits
4. Public boards and /market
If you flip a site to public, you are publishing the visible data to the open internet. You are responsible for verifying that the displayed numbers comply with any agreements you have with sponsors, investors, or partners.
5. Pixel customers
If you install the fleets pixel on your site, you become a Data Controller and fleets becomes a Data Processor for the resulting telemetry. Execute the DPA at /dpa before deploying the pixel in the EU/UK.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime, measured at status.fleets.run. We owe no service credit for downtime; this is a small, indie-operated service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We retain backups for 7 days after deletion in case you change your mind, then purge.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fleets is provided "as is" without warranty. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 30 days before they take effect.
